[Are you in the vicinity of Community Building 1 today?
Yes?
Good! Because you arrived just in time to witness a man jumping off one of its highest windows!
Though maybe "jumping" isn't the right word. "Leaping" is more like it. Leaping with his arms (and wings!) outstretched, even. Is he a bird? A plane? Superman? Nope, ladies and gentlemen! Merely an average human being, jumping out of windows as average human beings are wont to do!
...
All right, that was a bare-faced lie. His jumping is much cooler than that of an average human being!
But now isn't the time to gape at his athletic prowess. The ground is approaching awfully fast, even if it's true he doesn't seem too bothered by it. Could it be he has an ace up his sleeve?
Why, of course he does. He's a magician after all.
But you might not know that.]

You're used to jumping off of buildings? [Please realise how ridiculous that sounds.] That doesn't sound healthy at all. For your own safety please consider another hobby.

Oh no, it's not a hobby. Merely the fastest way to exit a building!
[He says, as if it were the most normal thing in the world.]

[He's trying not to lecture this complete stranger. Trying. But it's just so completely ridiculous he can't help it.]
What do you think would have happened if something went wrong, like a sudden gust of wind or if your hand slipped? The consequences would be dire.
