[Okay-- so Ingo was startled at first, because goddammit it isn't every day a guy triumphantly leaps out of a window. However, Eusine didn't exactly seem like the suicidal type, and he looked much too confident to be jumping to his death....... What an interesting person.

[He can do that! Or well, for a short time at least. Sadly, he hasn't found anything high enough to actually glide for more than a couple of seconds before hitting the ground.
Of course, he has no intention of hitting the ground, so he'll use part of one of these seconds to release his Electrode!
What? Electrode can't fly? Of course not, silly. Everyone knows they hover instead! And this one is a pro at hovering right under its trainer to catch him during his fall.
Now that's a well-oiled machine.

Hi Ingo, Eusine hasn't noticed you yet, but Electrode's only hovering maybe two meters above the ground. ...Probably low enough to hit your head if you're not careful. So yes, conversation is totally possible. And being up there makes him feel better because damn Ingo you are tall]
